REFUNDS
Life Lab Refund Policy
We stand behind our product and want you to feel confident trying Life Lab.
To ensure fairness and product integrity, please review our refund terms below.
1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original order date. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for refund.
2. Product Condition
To qualify for a refund:
• Bottles must be unopened
• Bottles must be untampered with
• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition
Opened or consumed bottles are not eligible for refund.
3. Multi-Pack Refund Structure
Life Lab is sold in structured pack sizes (7, 14, 28). Refunds are calculated based on unopened 7-pack equivalents.
7 Pack
• Once opened, 7 packs are non-refundable.
14 Pack
• If 1–2 bottles are opened →
Refund will be processed for 7 bottles (1 x 7 pack equivalent).
• Any opened bottles are excluded from refund. MAX consumed bottles = 3.
28 Pack
• Refunds are calculated based on remaining full 7-pack quantities.
• Example:
If 1-2 bottles are consumed → refund will be processed for 21 bottles (3 x 7 packs).
• Opened bottles are excluded from refund. MAX consumed bottles = 3.
4. Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using tracked shipping, as Life Lab is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the issue.
• We will assess and resolve the matter promptly.
Important Note
Life Lab is a consumable wellness product.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be restocked or resold.
This policy ensures fairness to both our customers and our brand integrity.
